What is your new patient procedure?

Please arrive 15 min early to fill in forms, sometimes do 30 min for first consult.

I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?

We do submit to medical aid and require that number and your permission to submit to medical aid.

How much will my copayment be?

Currently we do not charge copays unless stipulated by your own med aid like smart plan on discovery.
